Shipping policy

Your order will arrive 3–5 days after it ships, or 5–7 days after you place the order. It could be sooner, but it’s rarely longer!

International orders can take much longer – depending on shipping and customs. Please note that international orders that are delivered outside the European Union (EU) may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the parcel reaches your delivery country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you and, unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot advise what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. We advise you to contact your local customs office for further information.

Box For A Box (B-FAB)

There is no shipping cost for B-FAB boxes. Donated boxes from the B-FAB scheme will be sent to the hospital as soon as possible. While we will do our best to deliver B-FAB Boxes to the hospital you choose, we can’t guarantee a specific ward or patient. In the unlikely situation that we are unable to deliver to your chosen hospital we will send it to another UK hospital.

Due to current Covid-19 restrictions we have a strict procedure in place, and to respect individual hospital policies we cannot guarantee how long The Box will take to be delivered.
