Refund policy

We operate a 14-day returns policy.

This means that you may return your goods by letting us know within 14 days of purchase. Please provide us with your order confirmation and send The Box to the address we provide.

The Box must be in suitable condition for resale unless a repair or a replacement is required.

Please ensure The Box is well packaged so that there is no damage in transit, and we advise using a carrier that can track and insure your return.

Once we have received the return we will process your refund within 14 days.
